For the first time, we’re holding the Equality, diversity and human rights conference in Manchester as well as London, helping you spend less time and money on travel. The event will be held on 23 May 2012 at the City of Manchester Stadium.
Why attend?
- Hear from experts in equality, diversity and human rights, particularly in the areas of leadership, quality and embedding culture and good practice.
- Share experiences, ideas and best practice with equality and diversity leads from other NHS organisations.
- Identify actions to take and changes you can make in your organisation, particularly in relation to the Equality Delivery System.
- Spend valuable time away from the office to explore how to achieve excellence beyond legal compliance.
- An ‘open space’ approach will mean you choose the topics you want to discuss.
- NEW - Join an exclusive and free of charge webinar on Friday 25 May to reinforce your learning from the event and ask questions to our expert panel. Find out more.
- There’ll also be other activities throughout the event week, to address the issues further and promote debate.
Find out what else is new this year.
Attending with your equality and diversity colleagues, staff-side union representatives and local authority equality and diversity leads, will help you to form coordinated plans and address your priories together, so please encourage them to join you at the event.
