Summary
The programme included a review of Kulkarni v Milton Keynes Hospital Foundation Trust by Beachcroft LLP as well as some practical guidance on handling challenges to internal disciplinary proceedings. The programme also included a session on the National Clinical Assessment Service’s perspective on Maintaining High Professional Standards and an opportunity to discuss issues arising from MHPS.
