The NHS is committed to the effective use of staff appraisals and the KSF is the cornerstone of the NHS approach to the development of skills and competencies. This session looks at how the KSF can more effectively support staff appraisals and meet the pledges made within the NHS Constitution. It also considers the KSF’s potential for supporting the provision of evidence required within continuing professional development.
