Wondering where to focus your attention to help your trust through the tough times ahead? This session will explore the extent of the challenge, demonstrate how some trusts are responding, and give delegates the opportunity to discover where to concentrate efforts that make the most of available resources.
The NHS faces unprecedented financial challenges and raising the productivity of the workforce will be a key part of overcoming these. This session combines identifying the scale of savings that will be needed, and based on Hay Group’s research, explores how trusts have begun to tackle this agenda. It provides a range of actions that can be taken at local level and will feature an interactive healthcheck designed and tested to evaluate the potential for improvement in your organisation. This healthcheck will give delegates the opportunity to share and learn from each other's experiences.
