Speakers: Angela Mason (Director, IDeA), Surinder Sharma (National Director, Equality and Human Rights, Department of Health) and Janice Shersby (Policy Director, Government Equalities Office)
This session will allow delegates to hear from and question three of the senior architects of the proposed new equality legislation. As well as hearing about the main proposals in the new Equality Act, delegates will be able to discuss and debate the main implications of these new provisions in terms of both workforce and service delivery issues.
