Speakers: Yvonne Coghill (National Lead - Breaking Through programme, NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement), John James (Programme Consultant - Leadership, Department of Health) and Jagtar Singh (Non-Executive Director, East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust)
This session will focus on the under-representation of black and minority ethnic staff at senior levels of the NHS. Delegates will hear about emerging good practice from key practitioners in this field and debate why this under-representation persists. In addition, the session will highlight the role of leadership in tackling this issue and explore some potential solutions.
