Beverly has an international reputation in the field of leadership studies. Involved in the design and implementation of major organisational change programmes for several large public sector organisations, she was also recently commissioned by the Appointments Commission to evaluate the selection of chairs of SHAs and PCTs. She has a passionate interest in embedding the ethical application of leadership throughout organisations.
