Today was the last day of Leading workforce thinking 2009 and delegates were welcomed back to the conference this morning by Sir Bruce Keogh, NHS Medical Director.
After a final round of workshop sessions, 
Shadow Secretary of State for Health Andrew Lansley gave the final plenary speech, telling NHS HR directors that employee ownership is a new opportunity for the health service.
