The second day of the conference kicked off with some 120-minute and 75-minute workshop sessions where delegates were able to get to grips with the key issues and focus on the challenges they are facing.
Mainly a session-focused day, delegates were able to plan their own itenerary and tailor the conference to their own needs, choosng from over 45 different workshops, masterclasses and coaching sessions.
The day was rounded off with an inspirational presentation from Jim Lawless, author of Taming Tigers.
The black tie dinner took place in the evening, with some fiery and fun entertainment from Cuban Groove, leading choreographers of the BBC’s extremely popular ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ and ‘Strictly Dance Fever’. The dinner, always extremely popular with delegates, provided a great opportunity for delegates to network in an informal setting as well as catch up with colleagues.
