Pat is staff side Chair of the Job Evaluation Group and has represented the Royal College of Midwives on the group and its predecessor JEWP, since the mid 1990’s.
She was involved in the development of the NHS JE scheme and has delivered training throughout the UK during early implementation and roll out of Agenda for Change; in partnership with management side colleagues.
She has been a member of the profile development and consistency monitoring sub –groups as part of JEG’s ongoing role in maintenance and revision of the scheme.
Pat is a Registered Midwife and currently manages a team of RCM Regional Officers in the Eastern, London and South Eastern regions.
Her particular areas of interest are Leadership and Equality.
