Jillian forms part of Eversheds’ Health Sector Group and regularly advises and represents healthcare clients on a broad range of matters including high value multiple equal pay claims, issues surrounding Agenda for Change and other NHS terms and conditions, consultant contracts, the Doctor's and Dentist's Disciplinary Framework, outsourcing and other organisational change issues.
She also represents a wide range of health sector employers in the Employment Tribunal involving claims with a heavy focus on discrimination issues. Jillian regularly presents on seminars and training courses, including on aspects of the Equality Bill, and contributes to health publications such as HPMA.
