Jog is well-known for her expertise in advising NHS bodies on a wide range of employment issues. Jog is currently advising NHS bodies on the employment implications of re-organisation.
Her recent work includes advising on disciplinary matters concerning doctors and executive directors; advising on the termination of executive directors' contracts in accordance with public sector requirements and advising on restructuring, redundancies and TUPE.
Jog is also advising on a number of complex discrimination claims, large multiples of Equal Pay Act claims and on the implications of Agenda for Change. She delivers regular training on a wide range of employment areas.
