Paul is a Partner at Weightmans LLP.

He has broad range of contentious and non-contentious experience advising both public sector (including NHS Trusts) and private bodies on all types of discrimination disputes; industrial relations disputes; and drafting policies and contracts of employment.

He has extensive experience advising on age discrimination issues including drafting responses to both of the government's papers on age discrimination legislation. Paul is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and regular contributor to its working parties responding to government consultation papers for proposed employment legislation.
