Professional regulation

NHS Employers support and advise employers on all areas of professional regulation. We aim to strengthen the role of the employer in professional regulation and represent employers' interests as the new regulatory framework begins to evolve.

We also represent employers' views in responding to consultations on a wide range of regulatory matters.
