The NHS Operating Framework 2012/13 emphasises the importance of implementing recommendations set out in NICE public health guidance in delivering improvements to the health and well-being of NHS staff.
Over the coming months NHS Employers, in collaboration with the HWDU, is holding a series of free events to support a strategic approach to staff health and well-being.
The events aim to help you embed a culture of staff health and well-being within your organisation and are aimed particularly at HR directors, board members responsible for health and well-being and other relevant staff members:
1. Evidence and data to engage your board

2. How to implement NICE public health guidance for the workplace
