The NHS Employers organisation has submitted evidence on behalf of employers to the pay review body on the recruitment, retention and experience / satisfaction of Agenda for Change staff.

The evidence is the result of a continuing programme of employer engagement, assessing priorities for national pay and conditions of service, across the full range of NHS organisations during the past year.
