If you need extra matchers, job analysts and job evaluators, it is important they are trained properly so they are best equipped to carry out the roles involved in the grading of work colleagues. The very best training is provided by national trainers from the Job Evaluation Group or accredited Strategic Health Authority trainers who have been through the 'Train the Trainers' modules.
An outline of the courses we offer at national level is below.
Refresher training for practitioners
We offer a one-day refresher training course at a venue of your choice with national trainers, working in partnership.
- 4-9 participants - £1000 per course
- 10-20 participants - £1500 per course
Matching, Job analysis and Job evaluation training
We also offer two-day matching and two-day job analysis/job evaluation courses at a venue of your choice, tutored by national trainers working in partnership.
- 4-9 participants - £2000 per course
- 10-20 participants - £3000 per course
