NHS Employers is fully engaged with the range of programmes underway to modernise the health professions, the most immediate of which concerns the medical workforce.

Medical Education and training
Modernising Medical Careers (MMC) launched a major reform of postgraduate medical training to improve the quality of patient care through better education and training for doctors. NHS Employers works with Medical Education England (MEE), with the Department of Health's Medical Programme Board and with other stakeholders to keep you informed about all medical training issues.
