NHS Employers Values Based Recruitment Project

Post Francis, there is a greater emphasis to ensure that staff who are recruited into the NHS are recruited for values, to deliver the best possible care for patients. NHS Employers is working on a Values Based Recruitment (VBR) project as part of a wider Heath Education England (HEE) national VBR project.
