About Clare Chapman
Clare took responsibility for workforce issues in the NHS and social care system in January, joining the DH from Tesco where she was Group Personnel Director. She was previously Vice President of Human Resources at Pepsi Cola International's Central Europe Operations offices and Dean of Quaker University at Quaker Oats Incorporated, where she established the company's worldwide learning institute.

Turning his skills as a presenter on the Today programme to the role of conference chair, Edward has also been a foreign correspondent for the BBC and ITN. He was author and presenter for the landmark BBC2 series Absolute Truth in 1997 and was a founding member of Channel 4 news.
