Programme format

The programme this year consists of:

• Plenary sessions - focus on the future of the NHS workforce and how in the 60th year we can build on the best of its traditions and take it into the future.
• Strand sessions - incorporate a variety of approaches including panel discussions and interactive workshops to provide insight into topical issues and give you practical tools to take back to your workplace.
• Networking opportunities - make new contacts and renew existing ones in a range of dinners and other social activities.
