Workshop 4 - Creating and managing staff networks to create and maintain an inclusive workplace

This workshop will look at how to encourage individuals to get involved and share views through staff support networks.
Delegates will also discuss the benefits of one overarching network vs. a number of separate groups that communicate with each other.
