The Department of Health and the Social Partnership Forum are supporting our campaign to celebrate staff as part of the 60th anniversary of the NHS. The following article can be tailored to promote the NHS 60 celebrations in your trust. A host of exciting activity is taking place across the country to mark the 60th anniversary of the NHS. With the emphasis of NHS 60 at a local level, NHS trusts are leading local celebrations, which seek to highlight the important role of NHS staff and volunteers, acknowledge the unique contribution the NHS makes to British society and look to the future of the health service through Lord Darzi's our NHS, our future review of the NHS. ![]() Members of the Social Partnership Forum, made up of NHS trade unions, NHS Employers and the Department of Health joined others around the country in celebrating the campaign by jotting down on a postcard why they are proud of the NHS and is staff.
