Making sense of the new immigration rules: the points-based system

In partnership with the UK Border Agency, NHS Employers ran two half day seminars to discuss the new points-based system.

The new points-based system, being implemented throughout 2008, sees the biggest overhaul of the immigration system for 40 years and the biggest change for employers will occur in November 2008.
