Our campaign aims to support you and your organisation to raise awareness of the small steps staff can take at work and at home to help make a difference. Energy saving measures alone across the NHS have already saved £1.85bn since 2007 and our campaign resources will provide you with everything you need to run a local campaign, encouraging NHS employees to be more considered with their energy usage both in the workplace and at home by taking small actions such as closing windows and doors, turning off IT equipment when not in use and installing a smart energy meter.
Feedback needed
We have developed a range of tools and resources to help you do this, including a communications toolkit, infographic, web banners and posters. We are keen to get some feedback on these resources and would appreciate it if you could spare a few minutes to
complete our survey.
Get Energy Smart is delivered by NHS Employers in conjunction with Smart Energy GB and the Sustainability Development Unit. You can follow us on Twitter @NHSEmployers and follow the conversation using the hashtags #GetEnergySmart and #SmartMeters.
