Meet the team

Paul and Karen at system thinking event

14 / 1 / 2016 2.49pm

Do OD is delivered by NHS Employers in partnership with the NHS leadership Academy. This partnership has enabled the programme to draw on the strengths of both organisations to work across the system, giving consistent and coherent support to the OD community.

The team is led by Paul and Karen who work together to set the strategic direction of the work and oversee the creation and delivery of our tools, resources and events. They work closely with practitioners across the NHS and the local delivery partners of the Leadership Academy in support of the regional OD networks.

Paul Taylor, assistant director of organisational development, NHS Employers

Paul Taylor created Do OD in 2013 and has so far spent more than a million marvellous minutes helping OD professionals to connect, share, learn and grow.

Paul joined NHS Employers in 2013 following a decade of successful roles in the NHS where he specialised in organisational development. Paul's career covers the NHS, social services and the voluntary sector in a range of workforce development, L&D and HR roles. Paul has a degree in psychology, a masters in HR leadership and is currently working on his doctorate in organisational development.
