OD in the NHS III: Forward Thinking Different conference

14 / 7 / 2015 11am

It's been a fantastic month for OD as we held our third annual conference OD in the NHS III: Forward Thinking Different, brought to you by NHS Employers, in partnership with the NHS Leadership Academy.

We devised a downloadable Conference Companion for the event which includes information about Do OD, the conference programme, workshops, keynotes and exhibitor information.  We hope you find the conference companion helpful - please let us know your thoughts.

From here you can also find our speaker and facilitator biographies, presentations and speaker handouts:

Stretching into our boundaries
Action research model flow
How do people change

In addition, you may like to read blogs from:

  • Karen Lynas, Deputy Managing Director of the NHS Leadership Academy who was one of our panel members during the Five Year Forward View session of the conference.
  • Sarah Morgan, Director of OD at Guys' & St Thomas also blogged about her experiences at the conference - OD, the past, the present, the future.
  • Jane Keep, Head of OD at Great Western NHS Foundation Trust also provides her reflections on OD and the conference.
  • Dee Gibson-Wain, Associate Director Education and Development, Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust - Are we there yet?

Please keep an eye on this web page as we will be adding additional resources and information. You can also review #ODintheNHS on Twitter for all the tweets from the day and check out the storify below for twitter highlights.
