We offered four NHS OD practitioners the chance to attend the experience attending the 2015 ODN Europe Conference at Roffey Park in May. Each of them penned a blog, reflecting on their experiences and what they had learned.
- The range of what we think or do: Nicoll Loyd reflects on her ODNEU experience and asks if there is a bravery associated with being an OD practitioner.
- Abby in OD Wonderland, the power of stories in your OD practice: Abigail Hopewell visits OD wonderland and looks at the power of storytelling and story writing in OD practice.
- Short Story of my ODN Europe adventure: Tracey Watson, OD Practitioner for Northumberland Tyne and Wear Foundation Trust, shares her top three learning points and inspirations from the recent ODN Europe Conference for the Do OD community.
- All the worlds a stage: Rebecca Watts, HR and OD manager for Health Education England reflects on one of Dr John Sherer's five LDI questions and considers what she brings to the world of OD by drawing parallels between theatre and her profession.
