Each month in the Do OD podcast we will be discussing a hot OD topic, chatting with expert guests, giving you a rundown on some of our highlights from the previous month and reading your tweets and emails from our cyber-postbag.

    In our latest podcast we go behind the scenes at our systems thinking event and hear from our speakers and delegates. We also spend time with OD leads in Manchester who share the challenges they face uniting different healthcare organisations as part of Devo Manc.

Marita Brown is our special guest who joins us to talk about OD in London. Plus we have the usual recaps with the team as well as a what's in store for this year.

    Ho ho hello! Our final podcast for 2014.We cast a sentimental eye over the year highlighting our favourite OD moments, plus an exciting save the date announcement for next year. 
  • DoODcast episode 11, November 2014 - Do OD launches its app and the Culture Change Tool 
    This month we recorded a special episode, with guests, after our Culture Change: A Call to Act event in the Mermaid Theatre in London.  At the event 140 brilliant people spent a day working on changing culture in the NHS. We also launched our Do OD app which was very exciting. All this and more in our latest DoODcast. The recording is a little more raw than usual so please excuse the phantom bell that appears and our giggles!
  • DoODcast episode 10, October 2014 - We put the 'oooooooo' in Do OD
    After what feels like forever the Do OD Team is back with a new podcast (including one Halloween special effect). Paul, Danni, Karen and Rebecca talk about all the stuff that’s been happening in the last eight weeks including #Blogtober, Complexity Theory, CCG network and the excellent OD events we’ve been part of. There’s also news about upcoming workshops by NTL and details of our Culture Change event on November 20.

    Dean Royles, our ex-chief executive has left the organisation for pastures new, but not before we interviewed him for our DoODcast! We hear Dean's thoughts on OD including what he has learned about OD and some words of wisdom for our OD Community.     Welcome to a special super bumper episode of DoODcast bringing you highlights from our second annual OD in the NHS Conference.  On July 7 we brought together 200 people from 128 NHS organisations for a day of connecting, sharing and learning.  This podcast is the highlights from the day, including input from Michael West, Tracy & Victoria Gray, Pat Oakley, Chris Lake, Dean Royles and more!  It’s one to enjoy in the bath.
