Think Future

The ThinkFuture programme aims to support you and your organisation to bring more young people into your workforce.  We have developed a range of tools and resources to help you do this, including three new digital toolkits.

To share what your organisation is doing to recruit young people into the workforce please contact us. You can also follow @ThinkFutureNHS on Twitter and follow the conversation using the hashtag #ThinkFutureNHS.

This campaign is delivered by NHS Employers as part of the Health Education England Talent for Care and Widening Participation programmes
