This report provides the evaluation data and analysis for the pilot of our supportive leadership and management behaviour training programme roll out.
In the pilot, 10 trainers were trained across five mental health trusts to roll out the supportive leadership training locally across their organisation, training fellow line managers. 272 delegates were trained at this point from the pilot and they reacted positively:
- 88 per cent of delegates found the training to be relevant to their jobs
- 86 per centof delegates reported that they are keen to apply the learning from the training
- 85 per cent of delegates found the training to be realistic
- 86 per cent of delegates indicated that there was ample opportunity to share experiences
These reactions are indicators of the commitment of trainers who participated in this project and worked hard to make this project a success.
