The University of Leicester NHS Trust took part in the Total Reward Statements (TRS) technical pilot during dummer 2013.

In this case study, they talk about their experiences of the pilot and the lessons learnt for main roll out.

This organisation did not use ESR self service at the time of the pilot, which meant their staff accessed their statements through the Government Gateway portal.
