Total Reward Statements technical pilot case study - ESR self service employer

South Staffordshire and Shropshire NHS Foundation Trust took part in the Total Reward Statements (TRS) technical pilot during summer 2013.

In this case study, they share their experiences from the pilot and the lessons they have learnt for main roll out including planning and preparation and how to engage staff across a large number of sites.

This is a predominantly ESR self service organisation so the majority of staff will have access to their statements through this route, as opposed to the Government Gateway portal.
