Educating the NHS

Culture change is a big issue currently facing the NHS organisations. This podcast highlights the challenges a Headmaster faced in creating a positive organisational culture at his academy.

It emphasises how key staff health and wellbeing is to an organisation’s success, how important it is to make sure that everyone is on-board with the organisation’s vision and values and how valuable regular feedback is to keep improving the organisation’s environment and reputation.

Interview with Jonny Mitchell, Headmaster of Thornhill Community Academy in Dewsbury from Channel 4’s Educating Yorkshire for the Think Brighter programme which is part of our Organisational Development campaign Do OD.
