Personal, fair and diverse (PFD) Podcast with Peter Homa and Giles Matsell

14 / 10 / 2014

Welcome to our first Personal, Fair and Diverse (PFD) podcast, which explores the journey that Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust have taken. During this recording we talk to  Peter Homa, chief executive and Giles Matsell, head of equality and diversity, about how they have embedded PFD into their organisation and how this has helped to make a difference. They also provide best practice examples of what they have done in their trust and tips on how to embed PFD.
