Terms and conditions handbook - updated April 2015

Following our publication of the agreed changes to Agenda for Change pay and redundancy arrangements, effective from 1 April 2015, amendment number 35 to the NHS terms and conditions of service handbook has now been published.  

This also contains amendments in line with the recent introduction of Shared Parental Leave and incorporates general amendments to ensure continued compliance with equalities legislation and consistency with good practice.
