In this case study find out how Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust encouraged its staff to exercise and lose 1,000kg in weight.

In 2014 the trust took part in the Global Corporate Challenge which challenged staff to take 10,000 steps a day over a 100 day period.

The organisation achieved an average step rate of over 14,500 and became the fourth highest performing health organisation worldwide. The initiative supported staff to make positive lifestyle changes and form long term healthy habits.
