Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH) has been tackling shortfalls in recruitment from a different angle, using a range of social media platforms to identify and target potential candidates.

This new approach to recruitment, which focuses on LinkedIn in particular, has allowed the trust to reach out to specific groups of professionals and to widen their engagement with employee networks and potential applicants.
