In this month’s DoODcast the Do OD team interview Matt Minahan, chair of the OD Network.

Matt shares insights on the forthcoming ODN competency model and his plans to establish a global set of 18 OD competencies and a certification process.

Matt added: “If we’re ready to be truly effective in the world we need to have agreement amongst ourselves and be ready to say to our clients and customers, ‘ this is who we are, this is what we do and this is what we stand for’”.
