Supportive leadership training case study from Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust

19 / 01 / 2016

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust took part in the pilot programme of the training as they were keen to explore the link between supportive management behaviour and sickness absence, therefore committed to rolling out the ‘train the trainer’ programme as part of a band 7 leadership programme.

This programme, arranged by NHS Employers and delivered by Zeal solutions, aimed to support trusts predominately with higher sickness absence rates by training staff to deliver training on supportive leadership and management behaviours.

This case study looks at the challenges they faced, their steps to success and top tips for other trusts.
