In this case study read how York Teaching Hospital Foundation Trust started to think differently and take steps to develop a more age diverse workforce. 

York's summer placement scheme was implemented in 2015 and is one of the trust's most successful initiatives. The programme has helped 21 students to gain paid work experience as well as giving them the opportunity to make more informed choices about their future careers.
