Central and West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) improved its recruitment procedures to attract people onto its apprenticeship programmes.

The organisation made changes to its approach and style of interview questions so they engaged younger candidates and worked closely with managers so they could also adopt the new style.

Following these changes the community health services in Milton Keynes has recruited some talented individuals. Some have secured permanent roles within the organisation or gone onto other NHS trusts and some have been inspired to return to education to gain further qualifications.
