NHS Employers is working in partnership with NHS England and other key stakeholders to develop and implement an NHS HR Professional Development Strategy. Following engagement activity with the HR community, a role remit has been created, which outlines the extensive responsibilities and skill set required of Workforce Directors within the NHS.
The role remit is aligned with another document that underpins the strategy, the Director of Workforce Map of Influence.
