How are you feeling NHS? podcast -Part II

18 / 05 / 2016

The health and wellbeing team recently visited Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to find out how the 'How Are You Feeling NHS?' toolkit is being used by staff.

This is the second of a two-part podcast from the trust. In part two, we talk to Lesley Smith-Payne, head of workforce health and wellbeing at the hospital. She explains how the successful pilot of the toolkit on the stroke ward helped to implement good health and wellbeing practice across the organisation.

In case you missed it, listen to the first podcast where Rachael Bailey, ward manager of the stroke unit where the toolkit was piloted, tells us how the toolkit supports the trust.
