Supporting our nurses and midwives to revalidate using ESR

Learn how Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust helped its 2,690 nurses and midwives to revalidate by introducing a functionality within the Electronic Staff Record (ESR). 

The trust wanted to introduce plans to ensure that nurses and midwives are supported through the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) three-yearly revalidation process. Since introducing a comprehensive functionality within ESR, nurses and midwives are able to manage all aspects of their revalidation.
