We caught up with Andrew Jones a year on from starting the Leadership Academy's 'Aspirant Director of Workforce programme'. Andrew is now the director of workforce at Mid Yorkshire Hospitals, and credits the programme for broadening his horizons and allowing him the opportunity to apply for the director role.
