Does your organisation have the tools in place to support staff who may suffer from domestic violence?

The Corporate Alliance Against Domestic Violence (CAADV) tell us one in four women and one in six men will experience domestic abuse at some point in their lifetime. This could mean that at some point you may be involved in managing someone that has experienced or is experiencing domestic abuse, as well as those who are perpetrators of abuse.

Dealing with domestic violence: first steps, has been produced by the NHS Staff Council’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing Partnership Group to help organisations take a step by step approach to supporting staff who may be suffering domestic violence.
