This briefing looks at how to understand and use your 2017 NHS Staff Survey data.
The NHS Staff Survey provides a rich source of information regarding the experience of staff in the workplace. The data has been shown to affect patient experience and reflect workforce indicators such as absence levels.
Organisations will already have made an initial analysis of Staff Survey scores, and our briefing discusses how to understand the data in context of overall trends, make links to other data sources and develop actions based on the evidence.
