As part of the Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Week 2014, NHS Employers will be organising two national networking events.

These will bring together organisations and individuals who are involved in supporting, organising or working with staff support networks for black and minority ethnic (BME) and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT).

To further support the theme 'click and connect - the power of networks and the role of social media' for #EQW2014, we will also be looking at how to use social media to engage with staff. There will also be an opportunity to get practical advice on signing up and accessing social media at the IT surgeries.
