The Do OD team, in partnership with the Leadership Academy, is delighted to announce its second annual OD in the NHS conference.

This year our theme is:

Celebrate, Consolidate and Challenge.

Our event is going to provide a great opportunity for all NHS colleagues working in Organisational Development to come together to connect, share and learn.

What to expect:

The day has some fabulous speakers lined-up and will be very interactive with group activities. We will kick the day off with a celebration looking at what has been achieved in the last year and our 7 Do OD project groups will present the outputs from their work.

Speakers include:

  • Dean Royles, CEO NHS Employers
  • Karen Lynas, Deputy MD NHS Leadership Academy
  • Professor Michael West
  • Dr Patricia Oakley, Director Practices Made Perfect
Plus some very special guests who will be helping you to find your voice. All will be revealed on the day but get ready for a unique experience.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Team Do OD.
